What is iDMentorship365?
iDMentorship365 is a structured, 12-month mentorship experience designed to create real, lasting connections across the ID community. Each matched pair meets at least four times throughout the year, with IDSA-provided resources, training, and support every step of the way. This isn't a passive program. It's a relationship, built on shared goals, honest conversation, and a genuine investment in the future of infectious diseases.

I personally love the idea of being mentors and mentees. Last year I was able to mentor one student who has an interest in ID, and it was a great experience. At the same time, I was mentored by one attending from New York University, and the experience was very positive. iDMentorship365 is a great space to ask questions, create relationships, expand networking and build a solid platform to boost our careers to where we want.
